Say hello to the Welly Tots, Sarah has created a brand new set of charming whimsical characters all wearing wellies and hats for you to build your perfect family outdoor portrait.  Each element has been created using watercolour and ink.  We can cater for all skin types, if you require different skin tones then please place your order as normal stating the changes to skin and or hair colour. There are 4 example females with dark and brown skin but we can make them lighter or darker - just tell us and we will do our best to represent all the little differences that make your family unique.   Every framed print is gift wrapped for FREE in white tissue paper and arrives beautifully presented.  We never include a receipt or invoice.  

HOW DO I ORDER?

Choose your characters, including, heads, hats, clothing, glasses, beards & pets from the 4 thumbnail images (option sheets) above and enter the codes & ages in the box provided. You can have two adults and a maximum of 7 pets and or children. The codes are located underneath the images in block capitals. The females have separate heads and hats to choose from whereas the men have only heads & hats combined.  This is to accommodate some females having longer hair.  You will need to provide AGES for the children so we can adjust heights for their age. Ages are not included on the print unless you tell us otherwise.  We appreciate that because the print can be heavily personalised there are a lot of elements to choose. Please take care and make sure the information you provide is as accurate as possible, this will ensure that your proof arrives promptly and corrections will be minimal. Please enter your choices in the text box above in the format below. WHAT CAN I PUT ON MY PRINT?

Its all about personalisation! Let your creative juices flow and mix the heads and bodies to create a perfect match for your family members. Any character can be adjusted for any age. There are three optional picture titles, this is where you can be really creative and make the print truly personal and unique. We suggest for title one that you use your family name, or say "Our Family". For line two, its nice to have a little comment, like "enjoying country life since 2008".  For the last title it is nice to list all the names of the family members

WILL I SEE MY PRINT BEFORE PRINTING?

Yes. We will send a free proof via email, within 24 hours post purchase. Changes can be made at this point if you wish to adjust size or correct any mistakes you may have made. To make changes to the design we may charge a fee depending on your requests, so it is very important that you choose your characters correctly at the point of ordering.  Hotmail & AOL email users please check your junk folders when looking for your proof.

There is a tick box option above if you are sending as a gift and would like a FREE gift note adding.  We never include invoices in the package and it will arrive beautifully presented.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PRINT?

We know you are eager to get your hands on your unique print, but this a hand made bespoke item and it takes us a little time to work our magic. You will receive your print 5-7 working days after purchase. Your framed print is despatched using Royal Mail tracked service and you will be sent updates via text message directly from Royal Mail. Unframed prints are despatch using Royal Mail standard service.  If you are not in when you parcel arrives, don't worry it will be taken to your nearest depot where you can collect. On the morning of delivery you will receive a notification via text message, so please ensure you provide the correct mobile phone number when ordering.

HIGH QUALITY MATERIALS

There is a choice of three frames; white, black or solid oak. Unframed prints are delivered complete with a textured ivory mount in a clear cellophane wrapper. We care just as much about our packaging as we do our art work. Each frame is gift wrapped in acid free white tissue paper, with Corkymandle branding, making your final picture extra special.  We use specialist frame postal boxes which are almost indestructible making for a safe delivery.  However, if you suffer a breakage we will be happy to replace it quickly and naturally free of charge.

The materials used to create your product have been carefully sourced to provide the best quality materials from small local UK businesses. The prints have been professionally digitally printed using 170 gsm carbon neutral silk paper.  The frames are produced and manufactured in the UK using British components where possible. The white and black frames are made from Polcore® which is design-led extruded moulding made from recycled polystyrene. Polcore® mouldings have a constant, clean finish and are indistinguishable from natural wood grain. The white wash frame has a shabby chic feel whilst the black option has a softer grainy texture offering a more sophisticated look. We also offer a natural oak frame which has a solid chunky feel which compliments the picture size and deep mount. All materials have been carefully considered to deliver a sophisticated but on trend look and feel to the finished piece. All framed prints are mounted using a white textured mount-board with an acid free backing board. The frame itself can either be hung or placed on a shelf and comes complete with appropriate fittings for either choice.
