The price you see on our product pages is the only price you will pay - no hidden charges.Framed prints are Despatch Royal Mail tracked service - delivery text alerts from Royal Mail. Royal mail will text you on the morning of your delivery date to make sure you will be home. If you are not home when the parcel is delivered it will be taken to your local sorting office where you can either arrange for it to be delivered again or pick it up in person.
Framed prints are packed and despatch in our custom bespoke postal boxes. These boxes have been designed for us and especially for us to minimise damage in transit. We use (real) glass in all our prints (never Perspex) so we have to make sure the arrive to your door in one piece. In the very rare event there is a breakage we will replace our item(s) immediately, please go to our TERMS page to read more about damaged prints. Digital prints are high resolution image files of your design that are emailed to you. We process digital orders the next day , proofing day 2, despatch day 3. Digital prints are not a physical hard copy. If you choose this format we will send you a JPEG file of your chosen design.
We currently only ship to the UK and northern Ireland. However you may purchase digital prints regardless of where you live. We have so many requests and we are working very hard towards an international service so please bare with us
