If you find a damaged item in your order, please notify us in writing within 48 hours of its delivery. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may affect our ability to offer you a refund or exchange. How to cancel, return or exchange a product

Some items cant be cancelled or returned: Anything that’s made to your specific requirements (ie: outside of standard customisation options offered by corkymandle to all customers), is personalised or otherwise can't be resold due to a bespoke element. Creative pieces that are specially commissioned when you place an order. Given the bespoke nature these items cannot be cancelled or returned unless faulty or dmamged. To discuss any return or refund directly with CorkyMandle, click on the 'contact us' or email us at: returns@corkymandle.co.uk.  We recommend that you return the goods in appropriate packaging, use a ‘signed for’ delivery method and obtain proof of postage. Do not destroy or dispose of any product, even if it is faulty, before arrangements have been discussed fully with a representative of CorkyMandle. We will process any refunds directly to your payment debit or credit card within 14 days, subject to compliance with the returns policy and timeframes outlined above. The above policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.   Personlaised items are exempt from the consumer contracts regulation 2013 and the consumer has no right to cancel once the order has been placed. However we will always look to cancel where possible or give a partial refund if design work has been carried out.


We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of so refusing or by reason of unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. Our payment provider will use your credit or debit card details to process your payment(s) to us for services/ goods ordered, but we will never have sight of the details, nor will they be stored on our system.
